Iris, inside, asks "So, when you say, a loud noise, what exactly" but is interrupted by a loud THUNK from outside.
Cameron, still holding the bat, slides down the roof, having failed in his attempt at violence.
"Very rude of you, kid," the stranger says, looking down at Cameron lying on the roof, "but you know what they say. Play stupid games..." and sticking out their hand as if they're holding an imaginary tablet pen, "...win stupid prizes."
